Also known as the seaberry, this ultra-nourishing fruit has an inspiring colour and bold, citrusy taste, which makes it a versatile ingredient. The flavour is generally described as pineapple or mango’ish in nature but without any of the typical sweetness. The tartness is perfectly balanced with just a bit of agave nectar, maple syrup or honey.
