Introducing a brand new variety of balloon flower that's sure to impress! This special dwarf plant produces stunning ivory blooms with subtle lavender striping, making it a unique addition to any garden. Standing less than 10 inches tall, these plants are perfect for small spaces or container gardens. But don't let their size fool you – their blooms expand like an inflated balloon until they burst open into a shimmering star, creating a show-stopping display.

Not only are these plants beautiful, but they're also edible! The roots of balloon flowers are a common ingredient in Asian cuisine. And they're easy to grow, too. Simply provide 6-8 hours of sun per day, sow the seeds on the soil surface, and keep the temperature between 65-70 degrees F. Sprouts should emerge in just 10-30 days. Once they're established, space the plants 12-18 inches apart. And don't worry about frost – these plants are hardy in zones 3-9.

For best results, sow the seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost, or directly sow them outdoors after the danger of frost has passed. Avoid disturbing the roots once they're established, and enjoy the stunning blooms all season long!
