Vertical and diagonal climbing routes
Elevated lookout points
Natural web-anchor opportunities
Texture for secure movement
Compact enrichment
Photogenic naturalistic displays

Top choices: branching Spiderwood, gnarled Grapewood and textured Cholla. Always secure every piece and leave clear upper space for hammock construction.

Why keepers choose MiniWoods

Maximum Detail. Minimal Footprint.

Compact by Nature

Pieces range from approximately 2–6 inches across the collection, making detailed design possible in smaller habitats.

Naturally Unique

Every piece varies in shape, colour, texture, grain, branching and openings. Your hardscape will truly be one of a kind.

Detail-Rich Hardscaping

Build depth, connect larger elements and fill awkward spaces without forcing oversized décor into the habitat.

Sold Individually

Choose exactly how many pieces your design needs instead of paying for a fixed bundle you may not use.

Selected by nature, not manufactured

No Two Pieces Are Ever the Same

MiniWoods are genuine natural materials. Your piece may be straight, twisted, forked, hollow, knotted, weathered, pale, dark or dramatically asymmetrical. These variations are not defects—they are precisely what make the collection so useful and beautiful.

Order one for a subtle focal point or combine several varieties for an environment that looks naturally collected over time.

MiniWoods questions

Before You Build

Are the exact pieces shown the ones I will receive?

No. Product photos represent the general assortment. Because every MiniWood is natural, the exact colour, dimensions, texture and shape will vary.

Are MiniWoods sold as a set?

Each variety is sold individually so you can choose the exact quantity and combination your design requires.

Which MiniWoods can be used in aquariums?

Malaysian Driftwood, Mopani, Spiderwood and Cholla Wood Minis may be used in aquariums after appropriate preparation. Grapewood Minis are for terrestrial habitats only and must not be used in aquariums.

Do natural aquarium woods release tannins?

They may. Tannin release varies by wood and individual piece. Pre-soaking, boiling where appropriate and water changes can reduce visible amber colouring when clear water is preferred.

Which varieties are best for jumping spiders?

Spiderwood offers fine branching routes, Grapewood provides knotted perches and Cholla adds fibrous texture and web-anchor opportunities. Any piece must be securely positioned and appropriately sized for the individual animal.
